Refund and Returns Policy for Doyle Enterprises, LLC

We want you to be fully satisfied with the work we do, but we understand that occasionally issues may arise. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and returns in relation to the services we provide.
By using our services or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.
1. Refunds for Lawn Care & General Contracting Services
Because our services are customized to your specific needs and performed on-site, refunds for services rendered are generally not offered. However, we want our customers to be satisfied with the work we complete, so we offer the following options:
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 3 days of the service completion date. We will evaluate your concern and work with you to address any issues. In some cases, we may offer a re-service or adjustment at no additional charge.
- Work Re-Completion: If the initial service is incomplete or defective, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the work at no extra cost to you. The customer must notify Doyle Enterprises, LLC within 3 days of completion to be eligible for rework.
- Cancellation of Services: If you decide to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled date will not incur any fees. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee, depending on the nature of the service.
2. Refunds for Materials Purchased in Advance
- Non-Refundable Material Costs: If we purchase materials in advance for your project (e.g., landscaping materials, custom orders, or specialty items), these material costs are generally non-refundable once the purchase is made. However, if Doyle Enterprises, LLC is able to return the materials to the supplier or vendor, we may offer a refund for the cost of those materials, minus any restocking fees or associated return costs.
- Material Return Process: If you would like to cancel a service that involves materials purchased in advance, please notify us as soon as possible. We will attempt to return any materials to the supplier. If the materials cannot be returned, or if a return is not possible due to custom orders or vendor policies, you will be responsible for the full cost of those materials.
3. Refunds for Products
If Doyle Enterprises, LLC sells physical products (such as landscaping materials, equipment, etc.) through the website, the following return and refund policy applies:
- Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Products that have been used or modified may not be returned.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at Doyleenterprises40@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product. You will need to provide proof of purchase and details about the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Refunds for Products: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees and charges are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Fees for services that have been completed as per the service agreement.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
